You could be a sadistic Amasalenite with a propensity for drinking your victims blood, though.

The warrior guild and rogue guild are the worse OOC NPCs ever.

They got the Vs instead of Ws and an Italian speaking chef...

But if they're in game, GM created, and QCed for gemeral release are they technically OOC at that point?

As for the vampire thing, grab a full set of Ghule's gear (ring, fangs, cloak, etc) and have at it - how could they not be encouraging that sort of play when they release items like that?

Get enough folks in on it, and it could be made an official culture, no doubt. Look at how many folks talk like goat reivers as it is.
