It's simply "unlocking" the additional scripts attached to the weapon. I think the creator (Khaladon) of the white ora weapons coined the term. You could buy the weapons with minimal scripts and then if you managed to catch the merchant Brother Iasha (I think that's how's it's spelled) he would unlock the other scripts for you, which only work for a cleric or paladin. Also, these weapons are from the Wave Dancer, which was more than two years ago. The first run was in March 2005 I believe; possibly a month or so earlier. The second run was 04/29/2005 and the third run was 05/20/2005.

On another note, the falchion bid has been updated.
