..Does one even exist in here. Judging by the amount of people that actually play Plat often, my guess would have to be no. However it's worth a shot to check/ask.

If there is a market for items in the Plat instance, I am thinking of selling off a bow I rarely find myself using anymore due to commitments elsewhere.

It's a 4x composite Lirion Bow. Random enchanted arrows ranging from +1 to +30 and permablessed against Undead.

I however won't be around all weekend since it's the holidays, but if there is ever any sort of interest in an item such as this. Remember, this item is located in PLATINUM not Prime/Premium, then feel free to shoot me a Private Message here or leave a reply and I'll check it sparingly over the weekend if possible.

Heh. People always tried to get me into Plat by saying the small, tight community there never sells anything for cash and doesn't even really sell most items. "On my first day, people came up to me and started giving me high-end auction quality items because they'd rather see me use them then keep them in their locker! It'll happen to you too....it'll happen to you too..."

Looks like that golden era is over. I'm sure Plat is still cool though. Rveryone there seem pretty happy.

Sales happen the same as they do in prime, it's just very very far less than you'll ever see. And generally the transaction isn't even public.

Though, I've been doing crossrealm trades with people that wish it. I don't mind at all.

I was given a lot of stuff in platinum when I played, but never auction quality stuff. Even super nice plat players must draw a line somewhere.

I was given a vultite naginata (which I returned to the owner when I left+flares), and a 6x bow. Both were given with no strings and without my asking. Both were also given from hard core plat members. The golden era still exists! ;)

When I left plat, I traded most of my stuff stuff for prime items. Auction items included.

The Golden Plat Era still exists, I always give out things to people I find if I personally have no need for it etc.

The only time you'd see me and likely other people not give away things simply because, in Plat, is if the item is well enough to be considered high end.

There are a few who don't mind selling items just like Prime, IE Cash Sales, Cross Realm Trades, Coins etc..But as Ponzer said, it's more on the low key than Prime. Most sales occur privately between two people.

Anyhow, still have it and still accepting offers as to whether or not I sell it or simply keep it stored away.

hahaha Nah, no shenanigans there. Eicher (Josh) is just being a silly boy, he wants the bow I think and was teasing me about giving the bow to a Troll in Neartofar since we share this second account :)

And yes, 350 dollars for a Platinum Item. Considering how plat is and so forth, people are willing to shell out some cash for an item they'd like to have just like Prime.

Regardless of how easier it may be to get items in Plat compared to Prime, it's still a lil hard to do if you have nothing of similar value to trade for and so on.

I'll kill you Josh next time I see you for saying that...Look what you did, got all the kiddies up in a frenzy lol. Anyhow, 350 still stands....And No Josh, you still can't have my spiked greaves :P
