I have a backworn "oilskin captain's longcoat" that is heavily scripted, holds VLA, and weighs less than 2 (alterable, and I believe longcoats can still be made into cloaks and vice-versa). Not sure what this is worth, or if I'd be willing to sell, but if the price is right...

Containers worn across shoulders and back: (Not sure if this applies)
a clef-clasped tooled leather satchel, large amount with enough space for any number of items.
1 lb (O/C) 200K (But for that price and weight I would say it does)

... and I can't read... that whole "very" thing. Oh well, still promoting Kadesha's Auction... not sure if a 5lb backpack would have qualified, but you missed that anyway.
