Eh, I would find a secluded place to fletch and would do that too (meaning having dozens of sticks and shafts on the ground).

Maybe he's scripting, maybe not, but you can't really tell just because of the amount of items on the ground.

i have tried to interact with Lord Willadine. nothing. i even took all his shafts laying about and still nothing. i usually sit at a table and fill it. but i always clean up before i leave. the gather command is great. i'm at 499 ranks and can't seem to get the last. spent 3 hours fletching, and even had a bard singing lucksong on my the last 2. i hope i fully master my ranger today. it'll be nice being a lvl 12 master fletcher
