ranged RT help

Tell me why my two guys are getting different RT with the same longbow? Shouldnt the one with the higher strength be getting the lower RT? Both have 509 on.. and I dont think any of the other spells affect RT.

AH, I may have figured it out. The one with 4 seconds is not trained for his full leather armor. Zero ranks. Is this it?

Er - yeah that was it.. got 2 ranks and removed the physical RT penalties.
