Elemental Mana Control

Documentation on this is pretty sketchy, I'm trying to figure out just how important/effective, training in this is, anyone have some insights?

If you're fully doubled in it it'll give you a large boost to your mana regen.

I have 128 ranks of spirit share and 24 or elemental share as a level 62 sorcerer, and I gain back around 80 mana per pulse.

for every 10 ranks you have, you get back 1 extra mana a pulse, regardless of node or non-node. It is also the new mana sharing system, but you can only share with others that share in the same type of mana as you. And yes, it does count towards runestaves, but runestaves still suck
