Each bottle has 10 sips and gives 5 ranks and a 25 bonus in dodging (the bonus is subject to diminishing return). Each sip lasts for 5 minutes (not stackable). I have a lot of these and will sell them for 35k each.

I can meet in TI, TV, ZL, Landing, or on FWI.

No idea actually. Let me log one of my guys in with a lot of dodge training and see. It really didn't occur to me that it would offer less. This item came with the group of first released enhancives and it originally gave 25 ranks, heh, until they fixed it.

Ah, I guess my original post was a bit misleading. I didn't consider diminishing returns, which will affect the bonus. Still 5 ranks, but depending on where you're at in dimishing returns, I suppose it could be as low as a 5 bonus as well, if you're trained in dodge up to that point. I'll correct the original post.
