1004 question

Does the number of bard spells help with this spell or is it just having the purify song and manipulation lore? Also if someone trains over in the 400's does the lock and trap lore only go up tp the level of the character for will over training in it help? Thanks for any help

1004 is mos def influenced by spellsong ranks.

Ok, will the spell ranks only influence 1004 up the to character level or can I overtrain in it to get more of a bonus?
