Because it's famous enough? I always thought eonake was sancted, but I imagine an 8x permablessed weapon would be pretty famous.

Well my ranger has been using it for about 4 years at least so if it's not permablessed it has the world's longest bless! :)

I guess things are "famous" depending on how often they are sold and if people make them high profile. This hasn't sold a lot nor do I brag about it to everyone I meet. But it's definitely the highest enchant two handed permabless out there by three or four enchants.
