Anyone have a map of this damn place or can they at least tell me where the stupid shop is in this one? Seems Ive found everything but that.

Just think of it as having 3 levels.

entry level - entrance/exit/stairs to 2nd story/se corner are stairs to cellar, doors where garden and guild store/shed is.

cellar - where the guild masters are along with storage bins (guildx knows where this is)

2nd story - training master, workshop, guild master's office

there are other ancillary rooms for guild reps/tasks, and the trophy cabinet is on the entry level (nw corner) for breaking locks for lm reps.
