What's the recharge fee at the adventures guild access as? (I'm under the impression the fees don't change based on # of charges, it's just a flat fee to "fillerup", I could be way wrong)

it doesn't fill up. You would need to recharge it MANY TIMES to fill it up to the max amount.

Oh... I take it no one knows how many charges a "recharge" buys you then? Anyone drained something, charged it once, sung to it, and seen how long it lasts (I know it's random anyway)

Someone charged it with a HUGE NUMBER OF CHARGES remaining, and got the exact same message after the recharge. The GMs clarified that it did indeed take the charge, so it's nearly impossible to know for sure...
