I found this on Teras just before the new temple opened up, here are a few things that it does and I am wondering if anyone knows anything about it.

You draw the vultite war-hammer. It makes a strange sound as it slides from your harness, like the distant scream of a forlorn soul.

You do not sense any Mandis Crystals nearby.

Someone forged it and used a mandis crystal shard...if you found it, someone might've dropped it or had it disarmed.

Meaning its just an Elegant forged weapon with a now useless zest type thing.
