Im lookin 4 a program that will take a video file an then take a still image of that video like every so many seconds for the entire video. . .

Any 1 ever done this before or know of a program 2 suggest so i have something 2 start with ??

Any video editing program will do that. My digital camera does it, and it's just a low-end Sony Cyber-Shot.

Just run a google search for "video editing program" and you should find a few dozen, some of which are probably free.
