Looking for more information on the festival. I have not had a chance to go as of yet, but am hoping to go before it ends.

So a few questions.

1.) Is there anything really worth buying?
2.) What were your favorite items?
3.) Do the merchants still show up to do work, and if so is it totally random?

Thanks

1.) No
2.) Quest item is nifty
3.) I only attended the stuff on the events calendar.

There are some "ok" magic items if you don't already have access to those items. Nothing that I would say is great.

The items in silken limbs have some nice scripts.

I like the items in silken limbs too. A lot of the games were fun, but I think they're all over with now. There are merchants around, but they seem to all be working from lists already set up. I've been at the festival all month long and have only had one deepening done on the very first day, so I wouldn't come just for the chance of having an alteration done. The dragonfly pins are really nice. I'm in the process of getting 25 or so sets of flowers to give away, so folks can get their own pins, so if anyone needs them, just look me up. So far, I've only a few complete sets as I don't like to hog all the pass flowers but I daresay anyone could make one walk up the pass and find all of them in one go nowadays.

How much does such a set of flowers cost? I'd really like to get a pin for my Aelotoi, but I don't have nearly enough time to get all the flowers on my own. :/

Kitsun is selling sets for 1 mil.

Hoy, that's quite a bit. But, I suppose it figures. Le sigh... maybe I won't be getting a pin after all.

Sorry! I just really want everyone who wants a dragonfly to be able to get one. I think I'm about done though, 'cause I can't even find people to give sets away to anymore.

Wine and dine kicks a lot of ass too:

Brughan champagne- 414 10 quaffs
Vornavis red wine- 102 20 quaffs
rich Kytawa red wine - foraging 10 quaffs
Wsalamir ice wine- resist elements 20 quaffs
Loenthran white wine- 406 12 quaffs
toadstool wine- skinning 10 quaffs
Winedotter red wine- 503 12 quaffs
Vaer'sah white wine- 202 12 quaffs
rich Gaeh'deh burgandy- 103 12 quaffs
light Mrae'ni chablis- 401 20 quaffs
aged Illistim port- 511 8 quaffs

My wizard has a backpack full of Wsalamir Icer wine and Vornavis red wine. 12 slugs of resist elements and 20 slugs of airwall, TWENTY! that is just to nice to pass up.

The only other thing I found were the real nice hip quivers for sale. I'll have to check out the silken limbs, anyone give an idea on what things are scripted? all the clothing seemed just way to...."ostentacious"(sp?) for any of my characters.

The most fun items I've seen for pure fluff are the bug swatters. I'm trying to keep myself from arming all my characters with one.

The elven signet rings are pretty.

ALL of the items in Silken Limbs are scripted, Davenshire.

I do have to say though, that this Aelotoi player is very appreciative of the free flower set. My Aelotoi hadn't nearly enough silver in her bank account(s), nor did I have enough time to get the flowers myself. So, thank you Amber... it's appreciated. :)

As posted by Andraste on the officials:

We're going to add a day to the Festival, both in Prime and in Plat, and also delay the Ceremony of Remembrance, likewise.

If outages continue hugely tomorrow, we'll likely be postponing again.

Happy shopping!
