Does anyone know where I could find these? I've looked around online but everywhere seems to be out of stock, though I can't find any indications that the company's gone out of business either.

I want to pick it up for 3 months, quit cold turkey, and never have to listen to anyone whine about how hard it is to quit ever again. My lungs will be back to pristine condition in a year or two.

Don't do it.

Or just fake it and don't inhale.

Artha

I probably won't unless I can find these dumb(ly awesome) cigarettes.

I didn't think your lungs could heal from smoke damage. Once craps in there, its stuck. Isn't it?

The human body has a tremendous capacity to heal itself, and even if someone with a years-long habbit quits, their lungs should be good as new in five-ish years.

As long as they dont get themselves some nifty cancer first.

Best I can tell they stopped circulating their smokes. Seems they still make other shit like rolling paper and whatnot.

Artha

Yeah I came across the papers and some ash trays...damn.

What was your goal with the Black Death over another brand anywho?

Artha

I like their "of course these will kill you" style of advertising.

MmmHmmm. If your goin to do it to yourself at least aim for something with flavor.

Just so you know, that will probably be one of the worst ideas you ever have in your life.

My friend did this to prove to his twin brother that it could be done.

Dumbest fucking thing he's ever done. He turned into a "Oh I can quit anytime, I just like doing it."

Don't be dumb, Daniel. Let smokers be dumb.

Artha

I mentioned the idea to another friend, and he said "Wait, what if you can't quit?"

It was a very Zen-like experience.

That would be like picking up heroin just to prove you could quit.

Don’t do it.

He could get the best of both worlds... the best way to quit smoking is to pick up heroin!

Smoking sucks. You smell like shit.. everything you eat tastes like shit..

I've smoked for 3 years.. I'M SOOO SMART. Along with heavy drinking I'm sure I've got all kinds of cancer brewing.

Nothing beats waking up after a night of poker, cigs and liquor and wondering wear the cat is that took a shit in your mouth.

Don't do it.

I agree with all of the above. I've managed to stop smoking completely unless I'm drinking. Can't even help myself at that point. Ciggs > will power.

I've smoked less than a pack ever, and only once or twice while sober, and those were after extremely stressful situations. Anyway, I'm sad that Black Death cigs are no longer available :(

I have to say, I've picked up smoking again since law school started, and it's awful. I'm back on the cowboy killers (Reds, ugh), and I've been smoking about a pack a week. I suppose it's better than aderol, if I quit again. They say your second year is better.

Get some Shermans... they don't have any of those nasty addictive chemicals in them and are excellent if you just want to calm your nerves... they aren't really any more healthy for you than normal cigarettes, but MUCH less addictive (supposedly) due to the lack of chemicals.

I've had the same pack for like three years now because only smoke under high stress

Listening to all you healthy bitches saying you've smoked like 1 cig in your entire life makes me feel like the unholiest thing on the planet and that any second I am going to explode with every possible kind of cancer.

I lived with 2 chain smokers until I was old enough to graduate HS and leave. I've smoked enough for everyone through that experience.

Now the smell of cigarette smoke makes me nautious unless I'm offshore fishing, in which it does the exact opposite when I start 'gilling' out from high chop or 3 axis rolling waves.

I quit after smoking for 9 years. I only started becouse I wanted to look like Kurt Cobain.
I quit in 2003 and I've been concentrating on repairing my body and getting into perfect shape.
It's not worth it. Not even to try it out.
I wish I'd never tried that first cig and said ''oh I'll do it for a bit then quit''

My second year was about 10 times easier than the first. I'm happy to be finishing up the second now! Whew!

Don't be that guy.

I'm sorry but anyone could quit cold turkey after only 3 months of smoking. Do it for 3 years and then try.

Ask anyone who has quit the smoking habit/addiction after years of smoking if they still want to smoke and almost everyone will answer yes. Why? Because they're ADDICTED.

Until a smoking related disease sets in, your lungs will recover.

My diet isnt too bad. I go through stages of eating shitty foods, but I like cooking so from time to time make a proper meal with decent food.

I'm going to do a detox diet next week of fruit and water, so I'm drinking loads of alcohol before then so I have plenty of toxins in my body to make it worthwhile. :p

I drink far too much.

My mom's doing something like that...take heart, she says it's not that bad after the first couple of days.

Impossible.

One cigarette is just as bad as the next. It doesn't matter if it's labeled light, ultra-light, medium, or extra juicy cancer.

About the only way one cigarette would worse than the run of the mill cigarette would be if they added way more nicotine than any other brand.

The accepted (perpetuated) knowledge of lights or any other "reduced" ingredient being better (or not as bad) for you is complete fallacy. If a person switches from reds to lights, they just inhale deeper, longer, and smoke more ... the amount of damage or strength of addiction is not changed in any way shape or form.

I don't smoke. I've got enough other problems and my Grandpa once showed me calculations about what the average smoker spends over their life on cigarettes.

I drink far too much.

Jesus Christ I feel that pain.
I go to the gym and work myself into the ground then for some reason I feel justified in drinking diesel till I drop.
Then the next day guilt sets in and hence the circle begins again.
