Copying Over Copy

Okay I Highlighted something and clicked copy. I forgot about it an copied something else and pasted it. Is there anyway I can get what I copied first? Heh dumb it down for me if possible.

If you still have whatever window open, press ctrl + z for undo. Otherwise you're fucked.

FUCKKKKKKKKK! So there is no way to get it back. It'ss not saved n e where on any hidden thing or something even after I copied over it?

Unless it's in Word, the clipboard only holds the last thing you copied. If it is in Word, I'm pretty sure there's some way to open up the clipboard and get the last few things you copied, but I'm not really sure how.
