Dragonfly Festival Flowers

Anyone interested in buying a whole set of the 50 flowers necessary to get a Dragonfly pin? Cross-realm teleporter to Cysaegir once a month for all races except Aelotoi (who get it once a week).

This is essentially for my time and effort foraging for the darn things. Can easily take an hour or three rummaging around for the flowers.

Managed to collect a couple sets so they're onhand immediately if you see me online. Avoid getting carpal tunnel while equipping your mains and alts with the first and possibly only mass released cross-realm teleportation device today!

You do realize the quest as it is now makes the katana quest look like brain surgery. Anyone paying you a mil for something that takes *maybe* 30 minutes to complete needs to be kicked in the face.

Time is more valuable to some people than the effort to run around Illistim, Landing and Whistler's Pass to find out which flowers spawn where and then gather all the flowers up.

Unless you have a ranger or character with high amounts of survival, haste and multiple characters stationed in both cities, its a pain in the ass. I'm sure there's more people with more time on their hands than coins and I can certainly respect that. If someone offered me a deal on enough flowers to get my eight characters done I probably would've avoided writing all the scripts to get this done quickly.

Sold out my sets this morning but I finally managed to restock.

Since I didn't mention it before if you buy just one set I'll ask for a million unless you're a really kind, sweet, cheery, single female with an excellent disposition or something something. Buy two sets I'm willing to allow my hard work to be haggled down to 1.5m for the pair.

Especially since as you walk through the pass now there are literally dozens of flowers in each room, and all the rest can be found in one spot in Ta'illistim except for the couple that are in the Landing.

Yea or just grab a pre packed bag and be done with it. Same reason people buy silvers, not everyone wants to spend the time to obtain shit.

The spawning flowers aren't the choke point anymore. If they were, you'd still see them selling for like 100k to 500k for individuals.

The foragable flowers are found along Whistler's Pass and in Ta'Illistim itself. For someone that goes into it knowing where those points are then it isn't so bad. Trying to locate the spawn point for the 40 flowers isn't as easy as finding one on the floor. Then there's the whole having to FORAGE for them. Even with 80 ranks of survival, it probably takes an average of 3 tries per flower with a round time of 5-8 per attempt if you exclude the uncapped failures.

This sale is appealing to people who have limited time to play and would rather do something they enjoy than rummage around for a bunch of flowers that they're probably never going to want to find again.

Alright I lied. This is probably the last post. Only about 23 hours left in the fest and I've got two sets of flowers left.

Looks like they turned off the flower generators last night. A ton of the spawners got gobbled up by the rolling crashes yesterday but I had a small slew of those saved and was able to piece together a final two sets.

You've got until probably 9:30PM tonight to snag a set or be without a cross-realm teleporter to Cysaegir!

BTW no more flowers are spawning on the pass so this is a good chance to finish the quest if you haven't already... Festival closes tonight! unless we get another fucking rolling outrage whatever the hell that is.....
