How the hell is a velvet cloak supposed to hurt anyone anyway? I think I got killed by a red jacket once from this move.

I'm pretty sure I disarmed a troll and dropped a heavy crossbow and waited for it to fire at me, and there was a strongbox and, like, a mithril coffer on the ground or something and the next two things it threw at me were each box.

It might have to do with containers that're boxes being more viable when used as a weapon (maybe by bigger critters only, haven't really logged in too much) and that it's a bit buggy in being coded to throw other container-type stuff.

It would be pretty funny seeing an adventurer wearing twelve heavy backpacks stuck in their right eye, heh.

I've seen it often enough. A Seer once Telekenically threw my Animated Ithzir Scout's 4x E-bladed lance at me after it was disarmed during a hunt.

It is a Seer only ability, and yeah, better be in the Savant arsinal. Very cool. Anyone ever try to cast 703 at a Seer? The results are amusing.

The Seer thrown item thing? Been around as long as Seers have been, as far as I know. I've heard it mentioned in passing for years. People sort of remember when they are killed by frilly pink shirts and what not.

Hrm. I have spent at least 6 months in OTF, between it opening and just recently. Never had that happen to me as far as I can recall.
