I was rolling a young character and got really busy, so now he's stuck with his crappy stats after the 30-day reallocation period. I thought I remembered lockers staying, so I figured I'd ask.

No big deal, my roommate also has an account and I'll get him to hold shit for me. Just figured I'd save him the trouble if I could.
