Florida made the hustle plays. For 5 players who won it all last year, I was impressed by how hungry they were. OSU makes 2 of the bajillion missed three's and actually rebounds an Oden block instead of looking mezmerized while Horford gets the put-back -- and the game has a different outcome.

Props to Florida for making the plays that needed to be made.

It amazes me that nobody else tried the "have Ohio State miss 46 thousand 3-pointers and inexplicably keep shooting them" strategy. What were they thinking?

I don't like how most college games have degenerated into three point shooting contests. There's absolutely no incentive for mid-range jump shots anymore, nor are there many teams that rely on working the ball inside. They really should consider moving the line out further; 19'9 is a travesty. I'm sorry, any system that allows someone like Rick Pitino to have a lot of success just shouldn't exist.

The best game of the tourney was probably the UNC G-Town game. Legitimate defense and actual set offenses that didn't revolve around spotting up for a three.
