Pretty sure it's JUST the shop name that get's screwy. I sold an altered facade version of an icemule shop and it transfered.

Yep Assist just said any items and the front that are altered stay that way, but if any room names are altered would change.

when I sold my shop to Wadsworth... Only thing that changed was the room names everything else stayed the same...(Altered Fixtures etc)...

I'd simply be interested in seeing what the alterations are on the shop. The information on Playershops.com doesn't describe the interior or any SHOWS on the shop furnishings etc, so its kind of hard to judge if the price is worth it without that.
