So if he's 50+ you'll even go a few levels lower?

Obviously he just means he'd consider lower level if he gets desperate and your bard happens to have good stats/training etc.

Give that man a cigar! Of course there would need to be compensation for differences in levels. I'm not trading a 69 for a 45 straight up but a deal could be made of course.
