Ok, so at train 39 with 41 ranks in necromancy, if I made crystals from the blood of a greater bog troll (train 39), what would my MAL be for those crystals?

MAL = {(N-20)/5}-10 [round down]

that is when you are using Massive Troll King's blood. not Greater Bog Troll. The MAL is less but I just don't know how much less. That is what I am asking.
