Cobbling - 2 engravings?

I noticed that Bernt's guide on play.net says that you can engrave both the name of the person measured, and a mark of the cobbler. How do you do that? I finally mastered today and I've got some orders I need to get started on.

Personal maker's marks haven't been completed yet, unfortunately. I seem to recall Bernt saying they wouldn't be finished until this year, but I haven't heard anything else about it.

Ah well...something to look forward to I guess. Damn...ranks 490-499 were easy, one or two a session...then it was 5 full sessions before I got the 500th. I'm glad I'm done and can finally WHISPER to the damn things!
