an ethereal halberd

A worn shaft wrapped in thick leather is the only part of the halberd that appears to be tangible. A pale translucent blade extends from the halberd's shaft. The blade gradually fades in and out of existence at irregular intervals, as if it was forged from a wayward spirit. You also notice a small enchanter's glyph.


Full +40 (8x) bonus to your AS, can attack undead without the need of a blessing yet it cannot harm the living. Weighs 5lbs, has breakage of 45/190 and I confirmed it with the creator that the item can be altered sticking to the rule that the blade has to be ethereal.


Minimum: 1m

It not being usable on anything other than undead is the downside, I'd guess.

No idea on weight, but I know the breakage is 45/190.

The Ethereal Falchion sold for 40M

Yes only downside is it doesn't hit living stuff and you cannot alter it I think Other that its what it says it is

And Lazy Bard has the high bid, I edited the post to add the information that folks were asking for. I suppose I could also add that this is the only form of the ethereal weapons that is a full +40 enchant if that matters to anyone. Lemme know if there are any further questions.
