I did a deal with this guy, was mostly coins and items so I was lucky, but was a 30 wizard involved, and $75. The guy gave me account info and PW, security and all that, I used the account until it ran out, went to transfer the wizard to my account and the security info was wrong, SIMU wouldn't let me put my CC on the account so re-open it (if you have a CC on an acct for 90 days and can verify you can change security answer), tried to go through Paypal and they said since I got the item and there was just a problem with it, they couldn't help me. So basically, I can sell a t-shirt on Ebay, take a shit on it, mail it and be in the clear, since I sent it and there was only something wrong with it.

Have you tried getting in contact with the guy about the security answer/question. You need to out him out so people can watch out for him - don't you have all his paypal info/email address/scren names. Jeez thats messed up. Sorry to hear that

You should definitely out him.. post his info including personal info if he doesn't cough up the security answer.

it's been weeks, I let GSAuctions know since it was their site I got him from, his SN is GS3Merchnt and I know the character named Silverbeauty had something to do with it, she got the coins for the items on him, I spoke to her after this happened, she claimed to have been sold, then I spoke to her 2 days later and she knew what I was talking about.... She said she had no coins, gave it all to the guy I got the wiz from, said she was poor. Then she thinks to my alt trying to buy a 10x axe from me, I feel like killing the bitch.

Hmm. I have not dealt with GSAuctions but something does not sound right. I thought they bought the characters and then resold them. If they are just a middleman that changes my whole perspective.

Naw, GS auctions offers a service to anyone, you can go on and sell your characters, but they don't guarantee any transaction, which isn't expected, their very trusted.

They offer that service, but they also allow people to sell through their site. All their character sales go through Sergey's name or the GSAuctionPlace name.
