Forging scripts?

Anyone have any good forging scripts for skilling up? Is it better to just make handles/heads for now or should i follow through and make the whole weapon each time?

Isn't making the components part of crafting? You need to actually use the forge to get forging ranks, IIRC.

Are there any good websites that discuss forging in detail? Ranks needed for weapon types, where to find materials, etc. Basically need a forging for dummies guide.

if anyone actually has a forging script (not crafting) I could use one. I only need 3 or 4 more ranks but that will take days.
