No, its the online auction community catching up to speed with indemnity against non-tangible auctions/sales and the historical trend of those types of transactions being reversed for fraudulence.

I want it to be known that even though I think this is hilarious, I also think its really, really smart. I would have never thought to do something like that to beat the system and sell coins on ebay. However...I think your artwork needs some....skill. :D

Someone can get screwed on that auction. It is good to "advertise" and make a side deal however.
