ChaCha issues

Not remembering who posted about it, and where the thread is, but I joined the ChaCha guide team and I have been able to get absolutely no where with it.

The Guide Application auto deletes after I finish using it, which makes it a pain in my ass. When I get 'tested' I hear no feedback. I'm still considered to be in my training and I've watched all the videos, etc etc.

So, I've kinda put it off for the last few weeks, but was wondering if anyone else tried it out. And if my issues can get resolved, I've emailed someone from Chacha, haven't heard anything though.
