Connection Problems.

Anytime I try to log on my second account/char I always happen to get random connection problems - to the point where it gets frustrating.

The PsiNet client failed to connect to Simutronics.
The error message is as follows:.
WSAECONNREFUSED - Connection refused.
No connection could be made because the target computer actively refused it. This usually results from trying to connect to a service that is inactive on the foreign host-- that is, one with no server application running.
Will reattempt connection in 15 seconds.

Attempting reconnection to Simutronics. Type CANCEL to abort.

I'll cancel. Exit the program. Try it again. And keep re-logging in over and over until I can finally connect. Sometimes it takes me an hour straight and sometimes it only takes a minute. Lately I just give up after 30 minutes.

This is the error I get when trying to log on with SGE - but if I log on directly from the website I have no problem.

The thing is I use Lich too so I need to use SGE to log in.

Anyone have any idea how to fix this?

Uninstall PsiNet. [/end smartass response]

I used to use PsiNet, Lich, and Black Lightning all together. I'd get those errors periodically. After uninstalling PsiNet (still using Lich & Black Lightning), I haven't gotten one of those errors since.

I've had a few random disconnects thanks to Psinet as well.
