Question about directx

I'm currently sharing my computer and i've had some issues with wow...

So I ran dxdiag and under directx files it says that the file system.dll is missing!

I've reinstalled directx and I still get the same message. How would I go about fixing it?

Just to be safe... what version of DirectX are you using? And did you first uninstall and then reinstall, or just reinstall over the old copy?

In that case we can leave it as a last case scenario.

Do the following for now:

Click on Start Menu
Click on Run
Type in: regedit

Inside of Registry Editor do the following:
Expand My Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Dir ectX

You can expand this in much the same way you expand a folder on your computer.

Once you're in this registry folder, check if you have the following key:

ManagedDirectXVersion

If you do, delete it by right clicking on it and then selecting the delete option. If you don't, let me know.
