Just what it says...

Anyone live abouts Toronto? It's good to see more and more Canadians here but if anyone lives in Toronto speak up!

My plane stops in Toronto going to and from New York near Christmas, but I guess that doesn't count. Heh. I live like 1500 miles northeast.

I went to Toronto when i was younger as i am a big baseball fan and my favorite player was Fred McGriff so i got to see him at the Skydome(it was really new and not really done yet) I thought the park was great being im used to the hideous metrodome. The town was alright but i thought the soda was weird as it was about half the size of US Soda cans and costed twice as much. We also got all the pay per movies free for some reason and i remember staying in the hotel and watching something called Crocodile Blondee about three times hehe.(soft core porn i assume? I was about 13 or so,so it was great)

Since then ive read a lot of posts by Canadians about Toronto and most seem to think Toronto is one of the worst cities in Canada. Is that your assessment too or are the other Canadians ive heard talk crazy? They said it was really dirty compared to others and stuff like that.

Yep, born and raised in Toronto. Lived there for 22 years till I moved north. Now I live in Keswick, about 45 minutes north of Toronto.

I did go to ontario, ottawa (my aunt is high in the defense ministery)

Very classic town, gotta love it, but here, although we pay a lot of taxes is better:P

Bah you can share it, it's always nice to know other's opinions.

Heard in Alberta a very strong separatist movement is going on, as everywhere now, thanks johnny

I'm from mississauga. That is part of the greater toronto area. I thought there was only 1 or 2 people playing from canada. Well I wasn't really looking either, but I did find one from Kitchener.. Chadj I think. :) Yep.

I'm only about 50 miles or so from Canada. Of course, that's if I go directly across Lake Erie. Otherwise, 4-5 hours from here (Cleveland-ish).
