I have to give kudos to this guy. I had my Tehir looking for the haggard matron in Solhaven when I bumped into him.

He is average height. He has sparkling green eyes and tanned skin. He has short, light brown hair. He has bushy eyebrows.
His face is concealed by a bright red lobster mask.
He is in good shape.
He is wearing a molten red fan-tailed costume, a pair of bright red leather mittens shaped into pincers, and a heavy black rectangular chalkboard.
