Ive done it 9 times now, for 8 hours or so each time. Never got pulled.

Doesn't mean you won't. But I just dont see you actually gaining exp, or silvers. At least not directly.

I think they changed the policy so that anything that benefits you while you're AFK is illegal. You probably won't get caught though unless you've got an assist or something out, though.

Artha is right. Any afk scripting that gives you a benefit or helps you advance somehow can get you pulled.

I was pulled for scripting citizenship and I was at the keyboard and responsive with the gm that was checking on me.. They just wanted to make sure my response wasn't scripted as well. So yeah.. they check it pretty close.

Nope I do not.

My characters are very trouble free and off the radar for over 10 years... this did happen during the four winds rush however and perhaps there was more scrutiny on everyone. My script was hastily put together and sucked actually.. I ended up getting the second to last shop I think.

That makes some sense, then. It seems like this would be hard for them to catch because really, who's going to report you for running around? It's not like the AFK hunters where they're actually seen by people and such.

Gaining citizenship requires you to do things, things that are easily checkable. I got checked about 10 times when one of my old characters was scripting FWI.

To be fair there were like 50 other people ramming around on scripts that day in FWI and I'm sure most were being checked on as I saw random people getting poofed along my way.
