Where were you 45 days ago when I couldnt get a buyer for my 3 room landing shop? Well, thats not exactly true, I got a buyer but it barely sold for market value.

A nice bidding war between you two could have been profitable.

I'd contemplate selling one of my Landing shops if the price was right (ie: 20m or so.) Mainly cause I don't care to sell it, but if someone's desperate enough and wants to buy it - I may just have to make them a happy person.

That would be true, if you bought a 3 room shop, it would go down to 1 room if you're not premium.
