Does anyone know how long it takes for a shop thats been repo'ed to go back on the market? I was a partner in a one room shop and would like to own it. Thank you for any help.

SHOP POLICY:
1) Rent must be paid promptly each month. Failure to pay rent for 90 days will result in the loss of your shop.
2) Each shop must be visited regularly by its owner (note: visitation by partners does not count toward upkeep of the shop). Failure to visit for 180 days will result in the loss of your shop. Note: A "visit" requires passing through the portal (either alone or as the leader of a group)into your shop and then using one of the SHOP verb options to check on its status.
3) In the event that your shop is reclaimed by the Shop Permit Authority, your inventory will be held by the permit clerk (in a box identified by your name on the floor of the Shop Permit Authority office) for a maximum of 90 days, after which it will be permanently lost.

This person is looking for a shop partner, she has a 3 room shop in the landing.

Originally she was looking for a shop manager, or to sell the landing shop, but after visiting with her I think she's changed her overall design on how she should run it and is willing to seek out interested partners.

Shops that have been repoed during the period of each month are made available a certain time at the beginning of each new month.

Yes I have this on very good authority, and can also point out the scripters camping the deed office in the attempting to gain a deed in the landing every turn of the month waiting to snag one.
