Alex,
Welcome to Syracuse University on behalf of the staff at Project Advance!
Thank you for your note. I am excited that you will be taking the Economics 203 course online. I think you will greatly enjoy the class.
The class will begin on 1/29/07 as to align with the high school semester calendar...registration ran until 1/15/07. You should receive a correspondence email from Mr. Stacy by the end of this week. He will give you more information as to the requirements of the class and what you will need to do.
Good luck with the rest of your school year and I hope all goes well for you in Economics 203.
Thanks and enjoy the experience,
Eric Young
:)
I know a chick from Syracuse. You are in good company. Congrats!

It's nice to get a head start - I took 4 semesters worth of history credits that I'm glad I have now...not having to have 15 credit hours per semester makes things a little more flexible.

And by flexible I hope you mean more time to drink.

That's great, Bob! Congratulations on being accepted. Those extra credits will make things a lot easier, and more fun, once you get into university. :)

I had 12 credits of math before I started college, it was awesome. I could of basically one class one semester, and still graduated on time.

Some would say the Earth is our moon, but that would disgrace the name of our moon which is.... the moon.
The point is, we're at the center!
Is your anger satisfied, Ur?

I know one of the econometrics profs there. Cool guy if you're into national security.

Perhaps it should have been English you put more effort into.
Oh, congrats Bob. You'll enjoy the class.

Proper grammar and spelling (and sentence structure) is for editors. I just come up with the literary gold.

I'm an SU alumni. Both for undergrad and grad school. Class of '03 and '06 respectively.
It's colder than a witches tit in Syracuse.

While not failing in pointing out mistakes in grammar and spelling in others you forgot to add.
More like hypocritical gold if you ask me.

I doubt Alex cares about how cold it is in Syracuse or who has friends there as he's taking the class online.
Wherever you end up, Alex, take the full 4 years (16 credits per semester) and grab a second major or a couple of minors in fields you wouldn't have studied. Maybe minor in a far eastern language or take a few philosophy courses. I assume you'll be taking a lot of finance, accounting, and other business courses. You'll benefit from having a broad educational experience which you can afford having taken courses prematurely in addition to what I expect to be 20+ AP credits. You've gotten a great head-start -- don't slow down.

I don't (often) point out grammar mistakes, if at all. I honestly couldn't care all that much.
The only one I remember recently was Tabor's attempt to call Indiana a capital state.

And you failed outright in that respect.
