Made a new one cause I couldn't find my old one.. once you wind up in the landing by choosing go landing if you are premium, or just winding up there randomly if not premium... Dont move. Just run the script from the spot you appear. I have it set up as a command script named .new (shrug)

#Run around landing for experience.

This still works? I always do the stupid mini-quests.

Or run ale in Vaalor to level 5...much easier.

The only problem with that is it requires you to actually spend time in Vaalor.

Brian, you are missing 2 spots!!!
There were a few others which I thought were supposed to give exp, but after checking them, they didn't so I left them out.

If you wanna let me know which ones I am missing, I will add them in.

Or run ale in Vaalor to level 5...much easier.
You can run messages in the Landing just as easily, and get to 5 after the town run. Doesn't Vaalor have a town run too? Anyhow, this is the quickest way I know to get to level one.

Gambling hall, go SW, Enter Frith's Inn. :)

And, the exp learned from 0-1 this way does not take into your Lumnis, meaning you get an extra 20-30 minutes, so it is worth it.

In prime, Starting in the landing, using your travel token to Vaalor and doing water/ale to the guards is the best way to get to 5 quick. And you will have your Lumnis for close to an hour.

Rat script is the best way to get from 1-10.

Running ale? Sissies.

Here's the one I use. It starts from a table in the Malwith Inn. I use it in Stormfront with no hang-ups whatsoever. If you use the wizard I'd suggest adding pauses after each order and at each guardsman.

I have been playing GS since the mid 90's and never knew that you could run ales for exp at low levels. It might have something to do with never setting foot in Vaalor. At any rate, that script has saved me a lot of time and headaches with the really crap levels (i.e. when rats can kill), thanks for posting it.

I wonder what else I am missing out on...
