First thing to come to mind would be a dirty bust/boob.. But honestly how many people would go around putting their hand on a fake boob in a public museum?

Plus, hopefully they have the whole place, and each item cleaned fairly regularly... Would have to, otherwise itd be all dusty and whatnot. And baby slobber etc..
