I do not think you will get much more than 100k for a rechargable 303 item, I paid only 100k for a 115 rechargable last week. The Charge Item spell just plain sucks now.

Nowadays I just look for scrolls or merchant items with the smaller spells, I bought a pack full of "a black forest ogre figurine" and "a horned white gak figurine" at EG for spells 202 and 303. I do not bother my capped mage with my 303 recharger, the max charges an item can hold degrades with each recharge.

Good luck, I thought it was a very generous offer myself. Like Askip said, recharge item sucks more than a 2 dollar hooker, scroll infusion is the new charge item, and it's 10x better.
