Last hour predictions for LSU vs ND

I predict that LSU will win this game for a few reasons:

1) Jamarcus Russell (spelling?) is a hoss of a quarterback. His speed and ability to throw on the run and break tackles will force ND into a zone defense. This will allow LSU to keep momentum going with short gains.
2) ND's offense has not been challenged much this year by a defense as powerful as LSU's. You can argue Michigan or any other teams defense has challenged ND this season, but LSU's defense has faced some of the best offenses this year (AU and UF are just two). Combine that with depth in the defense and experience from years of being a top 10 ranked team.
3) LSU has a lot of experienced players that have played big games like this, not only in the post season, but during the regular season. They come from ARGUABLY the best conference in the nation (I am not saying they are, but that one could argue this).

Actually the public is all over LSU and a lot of sharp money is on ND. :( Betting against the public is usually a good thing. ND very overrated as can be seen by their spread record.. awful.

They were favored in 11 out of 12 games. Seven of those being by double digits. They got their ass kicked the two times they played a ranked team.

Thing is Brady Quinn is a real threat.. never know what can happen with a QB like him and LSU suspended 4 players for missing curfew with one being all american. (I doubt for the entire game but could effect the 1st half) and I smell a ND back door cover possible. Those always suck balls.

robert smith had the most honest analysis I've heard about ND in a long time.

He said they're so over rated each year that by the time they get to the bowl games they're completely over matched due to wanting to sell tickets. They need to be placed against lesser teams to match the skill of their players.
