Here is a topic to post words seen on these boards that impress you. Its called 'words' of the day so there is no restriction on how often someone can post a good word.

Harmnone gets first mention for her use of the word 'germane'. A rarely used word that really could be used quite often, especially on these boards.

I actually used it in a sentence a little over a month ago. It's a very archaic word used to describe the act of removing someone from political power by throwing them out the window from a tall building.
