OK, so I was reading over what to do with some of my premium points, and I am wondering what exactly the difference is between a lvl 2 and lvl 4 enhancive alteration.
Level 2 says bonus to skill bonus.
Level 4 says, bonus to skill rank and skill bonus.
So, things like cman surge affecting both the stat, and the stat bonus made me think the lvl 2 would add, 5-7 to a skill bonus, and retroactively add some ranks..
But then the level four descript makes me think IT does that. So, assuming it adds to both, is it a retroactive type thing, or does it basically DOUBLE the bonus, give 5 ranks and 5 bonus, for say 30 total bonus to a skill you havent trained in?
Someone mind explaining it a bit for me?
