I was wondering when the benefits of Religion Lore cap out for 302/312/317/319, if at all.

I'm currently 1xing in it and have 57 ranks. Is this overkill?

Also, I have been 1xing in SMC, as I was told it helps infusing mana into channeled spells. Is this true? If so, is there a point when this caps out as well?

I 1x religion lore and have 24 ranks of SMC (enough to raise).

Benefits do not cap except for 319 (for which 40 ranks is the cap).

SMC predominantly affects 319 crit severity. At cap, 2x will result in some pretty powerful crits provided you are aligned correctly.
