Quick question/s.

4x would imply +20, wouldn't it be 3.5x?

Why would you think it is worth 600k? You can get 4x (vultite) MBP lighted to 22lbs in another thread. Add some decent accoutriments for full plate and you are set.

I am just curious as to why so much?

1) Anything +16 to +20 is considered 4x, for enchanting purposes and according to the AI Crystal - I did include the exact bonus in parenthesis, if anyone was confused. If you want to call it 3.5x, that's your preference :)

2) This is full plate, not metal breastplate. Huge difference in coverage. The only way to get imflass full plate (minus a few exceptions) is to order it from the armory for a bit less than my asking price here, then enchant it to 4x. I've seen these sell for 1m multiple times, so I was actually under the impression my price was a bit cheaper.

Edit: Typical full plate is 75ish lbs or so (correct me if I'm wrong, but somewhere in that area), imflass full plate is 52 or so lbs. Big difference.

Actuallying anything you take from 17-22 is considered a minor project(meaning 3x-4x) and you can do as many of them as you wants. It's 4-5x that you are restricted to one per project.

If you are talking about what potion you need to use, that's another story. In any case, Imflass is 2.5x, one cast over imflass is 3.5x to a player.

I could of sworn the imflass shield I was doing would not let me temper for the +17 to +22 first pour until I had finished my other major project. I think anything between +21 to +25 might be considered a 5x enchant now.

Anyways, I have 6.5x imflass plate available if someone wants to throw an offer my way (+32). Same stats, different enchant.

TheE would be correct. +17 to +22 is currently considered a major enchant project.

This argument has been played out time and time again in MANY other folders. If you have any questions, please use the search tool or look at the GS IV msg boards.

+17 to +22 is a MAJOR ENCHANT.

I don't mean to be rude, but please do not post in this folder unless you wish to bid on or have questions about the item for sale. Thanks a lot!!

Not to be difficult, ok maybe, But your logic makes no sense. +17 != 4x. If that were the case invar would be considered 1x at +2. Just because the next enchant would be a major project does not make the current one 4x.

Thank you, try again.

This argument is a dead horse. It's been played out tons and tons of times before.. this isn't the place to argue about it. Use the search tool and go to the appropriate topic, please. 4x or 3.5x, doesn't change the fact I still noted it was +17. The '4x' is just a reference based on the AI Crystal and for enchanting purposes. It's a matter of personal preference.

Thank you, try again? Come on...
