Alright kiddies, I spent last week doing lots of harvesting of components, and the restocking has begun! Right now the crystals are only available in Ta'Illistim, but in a few days I'll move a huge chunk over en mass to the Icemule and Solhaven shops. Additionally, House Twilight's Landing shop will begin carrying the animation crystals as well.
The animation crystals at Querthose's Sorcery Supply affiliate stores are all made with 140 necromancy ranks. Which means that a sorcerer with absolutely no necromancy training can animate a creature equal to their own level with these. For every 10 lessons in necromancy on your part, add 1 level to that number. (i.e. a sorcerer with 50 lessons in Necromancy can animate a creature 5 levels above their own using these crystals)

Ta'Illistim: East Room of Ionxyx's Shop. Located one room northeast of the entrance to the shopping area in "the simple shop" (Playershops.com Room 10).

Troll King Blood (flask of 20 vials) 12,000 silvers

Solhaven: North room of Morgause's Magic Shoppe. Located in the Plain Grey Stone Building in the last room of the Solhaven shop area (the very last room of the spiral)

Troll King Blood (flask of 20 vials) 7,000 silvers
Sea Water (flask of 20 vials) 5,000 silvers
Demon-Specific runestones (hand drawn by Querthose. Available demons: aishan, abyran'sa, abyran, verlok, and imp) 25,000 silvers
Icemule: Main room of Desorceri's Magic Shoppe. Located in the far west room of Fear Alley (room 20 on playershops.com) in the grey stone spire with a tapered pitch metal roof with an eahnor verlok weathervane on top.

Troll King Blood (flasks of 20 vials) 7,000 silvers
Sea Water (flasks of 20 vials) 5,000 silvers
Animation Crystals 3,500 silvers
Note: the animation crystals currently stocked in Desorceri's shop are 135 necromancy ranks. They will allow you to animate at one level below your own level plus an additional level for every 10 necromancy lessons you possess.
Note 2: There are two sets of crystals available in that room. The more expensive ones are Desorceri's private stock. The cheap ones are Querthose's supplies.
