Only planning on gets 20 ranks in arcane...

any recommendations?

Yea didn't notice CON to be honest. Your weight/encumberance issues will be bad. On top of piss poor stamina/health recovery along with bad poisons and diseases. Bring Inf down and Con up, but remember...

3x locksmithing takes a toll!

IMO, you want to get more Physical Fitness (for redux goodness) and CM (for maneuvers goodness). You'll probably free up the points eventually by not having to train in armor (stop at MBP) or AS. You don't need to 3x lockpicking or disarm, you'll be able to get your own stuff till way later in the game at 2 - 2.5x.
