SHOW:
Graceful and unrestrained in performance, this simple yet elegant sabre is wrought of the finest vultite. An intricate, primal design has been traced in iron along the length of the blade. Set into the pommel is a single cabochon bloodjewel.
4x very heavily crit weighted rapier. Make dagger users cry and so forth.
MB: 15 million
BO: Hell if I know.
PM works.

Happen to know the puncture/slash rate on rapiers?

Negative. I'd wager someone purchasing this weapon would be using cman precision anyways, truth be told. :)

< Didnt you just buy this for 5m? Whys it worth 15m now? >
I got it at a VERY good price. I've seen it sell for much more, and I got an offer of 20 from someone who wasn't willing to trade me what I want. It's what I do, find deals and make profit.
It's not the first time I've allowed Sergey's generousity to profit my character's bank account. I've had 3 or 4 purchases from his site that have been quite rewarding. And to the questioner, was it really needed to openly say something? I could have easily explained such things in PM. It's not like we bash sales by saying "OMG You just bought that off of Ebay for 42 dollarz!!one", or something.

I'd be ambushing.

I sold this thing for 10m right before I stopped playing for awhile a few years ago. It was a nifty weapon, and was fun for taking out constructs quickly.
I think Karly has a similar rapier-based weapon in her shop for 20m. 15m might be a little high, but not terribly unreasonable.

I am not trying to bash your sale buddy. I am just curious as to why its supposed to be worth so much.
I passed it up at 5m.. I mean you can get a 4x heavy crit weighted waraxe at 8m or less. Much better base, just slower. Incidentally, I dont suppose you could show me the difference of that thing hitting something from the open, and a fel hafter? You may not have one I dunno. Kinda curious though.
Maybe the base weapon speed makes it worth that much more.
- And I will delete all of my posts in this thread if you want me to.

The fact it pierces makes it awesome too.

That and its rarity. Many people drool over crit weighted daggers toward the endgame, and as Stretch mentioned, it is very effective.

If it's a high puncture rate, ambushing to the eye would be pretty god damn sick.

I haven't played with it so much, but Stretch can ( if willing and remembers ) give you first hand experience.

Id offer to test it, but I just fixskilled to an archer. :)
Seemed like a really nice way to go after having tried it out with a couple different rogues.

Well, I've got the DF, AvDs, know the armor/DS of the creatures I'm attacking, know it's VHCW.
I don't think I need anything else.

You leap from hiding to attack!
You thrust with a resplendent vultite duelist sabre at Spookkeraying!
AS: +303 vs DS: +51 with AvD: +45 + d100 roll: +16 = +313
... and hit for 129 points of damage!
Bloody slash to Spookkeraying's side!
Instant death, due to lack of intestines.
* Spookkeraying drops dead at your feet!
There's a snippet for you.

Armor = skin
DF = .325
Raw Damage = 69
Crit rank achieved via Raw Damage before Randomization = rank 9
Conclusion = Snippet is without merit.

Vulvamancer, it wasn't a real snippet. He slandered my character's name and instead of making a piss-poor entry into the Death's folder, I figured I'd post it here. I was in defensive, too.

Understood and noted.
Continue with sale.
I can't decide if I should pass or not. \:confused:/

I looked at buying the same weapon about a year ago, The price asked then was 13 mil. I was going to get it for two weapon combat to hold in my off hand. Regardless of what the buyer is going to use it for, its a great weapon if you know how to use it. Goodluck Stunseed

Bump.
After leaving open offers to more than one person, I put the sabre in Stun's shop at 12.5 million. First come, first serve.
