As you sing, you feel a faint resonating vibration from the fire opal in your hand, and you learn something about it...
From the pitch of the vibration you determine that the purpose of the opal is as a gem of some kind. As you sing, the opal seems to resonate with your voice, and you feel it trying to draw power from you.

It's an orb gem. Can be used as an imbedible or in the recharging process. You'll need grot potion to do either. "Draw" means orb, and "pulse" means mage rechargeable.

Thanks. I'm loving Shaelun's purification script.

My only gripe about the script . . .
If MR gems only spawn if they are 'born' pure (i.e. orb'd/capped gems cannot be MRs) and you know a gem orbs with this messaging As the song continues, the chameleon agate begins to twist and turn as the very essence flows into it filling the imperfections then loresinging to a gem after it has either capped or orb'd is unnecessary.
However, the pure lich script does this. Could we get this updated?

I'm not sure what version of Lich or the pure.lic script you're using, but it doesn't do that. It did do it months ago, though, so I'm assuming you just haven't checked the repository for updates or downloaded an updated Lich installer since I fixed it.
I don't bother giving scripts version numbers, since the repository script tells you if the copy on the server is newer than your local copy and they're updated anytime you upgrade the Lich application.
Either download a newer Lich install or d/l the latest copy off of the repository.
As for the Wizard pure.cmd script... dunno what "problems" you're referring to, but I promised myself I'd never go through the hassle of working with a Wizard script again. I'm afraid you're stuck with it as-is unless someone else changes it.

downloaded the newest one . . .
[pure]^prep 1004
You change your tune slightly, adding the element for Purification Song to your song...
Your spellsong is ready.
>
[pure]^cast at my stone
You weave another verse into your harmony, directing the sound of your voice at a turquoise stone.
In response to your voice, the turquoise stone glows luminously, its crystalline structure reforming as the gem becomes more perfect.
When the song ends, you notice the turquoise stone sparkles a little more and is void of some natural imperfections.
Sing Roundtime 3 Seconds.

You sing:
"Stone, I ask this favor of you
Show the purpose laying beneath your hue"
Roundtime: 10 sec.

Still happening.
